1. Shipping Destination

At this time, Bella Vogue ships exclusively within the United States (USA).

We currently do not offer international shipping. Any orders placed with delivery addresses outside the United States may be canceled and refunded.

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

  • No minimum purchase is required.

  • No hidden shipping charges or additional handling fees apply.

  • The price displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost for eligible U.S. orders.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed promptly after they are placed.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)

Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

4. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping partners.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 4–6 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

  • Shipping Carrier: FedEx (or another trusted carrier when necessary)

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–8 Business Days

5. Order Tracking

At Bella Vogue, we believe in keeping our customers informed throughout the shipping process. Once your order has been processed, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment details.

Using the tracking number provided, you can monitor the progress of your shipment from the time it leaves our facility until it is successfully delivered to your shipping address. Tracking information is typically updated by the shipping carrier within 24–48 hours after your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive your shipping confirmation email within the estimated processing time, or if your tracking information has not been been updated for an extended period, please contact Bella Vogue Customer Support. Our team will be happy to verify your shipment status, assist with tracking your package, and work directly with the shipping carrier if any issues arise.

Please note that tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be delayed due to weekends, holidays, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

For all orders delivered within the United States, there are no additional customs duties, import fees, or taxes payable upon delivery.

The total amount displayed during checkout is the final amount you will pay for your order. Bella Vogue believes in transparent pricing, so you will not be charged any hidden shipping fees, customs charges, or unexpected delivery costs for domestic U.S. orders.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Although we work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays or shipping issues may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier operational delays, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact Bella Vogue Customer Support as soon as possible. Our support team will promptly investigate the issue by working directly with the shipping carrier and will keep you informed throughout the process.

Where appropriate, and after the carrier's investigation has been completed, we may offer a replacement shipment, refund, or another suitable resolution in accordance with our store policies.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address when placing an order. Please carefully review your shipping details, including your name, street address, apartment or unit number (if applicable), city, state, ZIP code, and contact information before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address is provided, Bella Vogue cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping charges that may result.
